Digital Products
Most of our offerings are delivered digitally (predictions, digital readings, in-app consumables). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, refunds are granted only in limited circumstances (for example, duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or other exceptional cases).
Physical Goods (if any)
If the purchase includes any physical goods, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in the original packaging. Please contact our support team for return instructions.

- Explain the reason for your request and attach any relevant screenshots.
- Allow up to 7 business days for our team to review and respond.
Exceptions & Final Sales
Some items or services may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
